Mine are probably Dawn 1978, Day 1985, Gremlins, and Alien.

I'd say Silence of the Lambs, as I have seen it numerous times at it's initial release, and countless times since it arrived on DVD. But if I were to factor in television, NOTLD would probably be tops. If you're going by classic horror, Horror of Dracula.
